Mom’s Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ stick Butter
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ block Velveeta, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- ½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- dash Paula Deen's Silly Salt
- dash Pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut potatoes into bigger than bite-sized pieces. Boil until almost tender. Drain.
Mix together the rest of ingredients, in large mixing bowl. Add potatoes.
Place in 9×13 or bigger glass dish.
Bake 30-40 minutes. Stir occasionally. Enjoy!
