Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease miniature muffin pans.

Mix the flour and butter together, add the sour cream, and blend well. Place spoonfuls of the batter in the muffin pans. Bake until golden, 8 to 10 minutes.

Had friends over

Had friends over and had to make something quick for breakfast. These are a snap. I used plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and they came out great. Made sausage gravy and everyone was happy.

I agree with pre

I agree with previous poster. These are delicious, but I feel so guilty eating them. To make them even more guilty we occasionally throw in grated cheddar and chopped bacon. Oh my they are incredible!
