Those were awesome and I have a slow cooker pork recipe that I would love to have you try. It's my own secret recipe that I made up. I'm a 68 year old woman who loves to cook but can't cook for my self like I would want to so I cook these meals for any member of my family and friends and envite them over just so I can cook. I hope I get a responce from you so I will give you my recipe. Thank you for your recipes that I have loved to cook up also.

Can you use beef ribs instead of pork ribs in the slow cooker pork spare ribs recipe? I can't eat pork anymore but love ribs. Thanks in advance, Lisa Marshall
By Lisa Marshall on March 01, 2013
These ribs are heavenly. Only change I made was to broil the ribs 10 mins on each side before putting them in the slow cooker. My family raved about this meal. Thanks!

I thought these would be fantastic but I did not like the taste. I reviewed the ingredient list thinking maybe I forgot something but not so. I will not make these again.

I agree with the reader who said, "the reader comments under Recipes should be comments about the RECIPE". There are several comments under this recipe but none of them are by people who have tried the recipe. Also, how can readers give 5 stars for the recipe whenever they've never tried the recipe. Alot of recipes sound good but aren't worth cooking. And some recipe don't sound that good but turn out to be delicious. So please DO NOT give 5 stars whenever you've never tried the recipe! I do Love a VERY high percentage of Paula's recipes!

Please define "slow cooker". I assume you are talking about a "crock pot" but these ribs look like they were cooked in the pan they are in and that would have been in the oven. Just want to see if I can make them like yours. They look delicious. Thank you.

I'm sure you and Chuck and wrap your lips around some of these!!!!

Your recipe calls for a "slow cooker" but your picture is obviously displaying a "Dutch Oven". How does the cook time compare using the Dutch Oven?

Well, I wanted to see some reviews on this recipe. Instead I see fan mail mostly listed. I think if one wanted to admire Paula and give her compliments they should go to her blog or twitter. The reader comments under recipes should be comment about the RECIPE....just sayin.....

Your health is your business. Just because you bake a cake does not mean you plan to eat the whole thing. People need to worry about their own eating habits and induldge as each person sees fit. MODERATION IS THE KEY.
