Ingredients Add to grocery list

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup reduced fat Greek yogurt
1 small banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
1 teaspoon stevia (preferred brand: Truvia)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
4 ice cubes

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute.
