4 large tomatoes, sliced
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
1 dash Angostura bitters
Arrange sliced tomatoes in a shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk. Pour over tomatoes. Cover and marinate several hours or over night. Garnish with fresh basil.
