There’s one vegetable loved by those of us in the South that, for some reason unbeknownst to us, hasn’t found the same affection in the hearts and tummies of those in other parts of our great country—okra! There are so many great ways to eat this tasty veggie. We like it pickled, fried, frittered, sautéed, sandwiched, and even turned to croutons, so we’ve got recipes that treat it in just those ways.
