Sugar Spice and Everything Nice Mixed Nuts

- 1 large egg white
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 1/2 cup unsalted pecan halves
- 1/2 cup whole and unsalted almonds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Paula Deen Southern Spice Rub
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside. In a large bowl whisk one egg until foamy. Stir in the nuts until well coated (any combination of nuts will work). Stir in sugar, spices and rosemary; toss with nuts until coated. Pour nut mixture out onto the foil lined baking sheet, making sure to spread out in an even layer. Bake, stirring often, until golden, about 20-25 minutes . Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
