Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 (11.3 oz) can strawberry-banana nectar
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk

Directions

In the container of a blender, combine strawberries, nectar, banana, yogurt and milk. Process until smooth.
