No-Bake Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 cups (up to 2 cups) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • (or raspberries) for garnish strawberries

Directions

Add oats, cashews, dates and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to a food processor. Pulse until blended together.

Start adding almond milk 1/2 cup at a time depending on how thin you like your oatmeal. Add more almond milk if you desire. Serve with fresh berries.
