Hash Browns

  • 6 medium cooked and cooled red potatoes
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Paula Deen's House Seasoning


Boil red potatoes until done and cool. Thinly slice the potatoes to desired size for hash browns. In a large, caramelize the onions in olive oil and butter. Add potatoes and brown, turning only once with a spatula to prevent breaking up the potatoes. Add house seasoning to taste.
