Good Morning Green Smoothie

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 peeled and cut into chunks banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 cups stems removed, roughly chopped kale
- 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon optional artificial sweetner
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 1 full minute. Add a little water if you need to loosen it up.
