Ghostly Grilled Cheese

- 2 slices white country bread
- 2 slices yellow American cheese
- for spreading mayonnaise
Assemble the sandwich: top 1 bread slice with cheese and sandwich with the remaining bread slice. Use a ghost shaped cookie cutter to cut out a ghost shape. Slather each side of the bread with mayonnaise.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat. Grill on each side 3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
