Fresh Cabbage and Sweet Sausage

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 sweet Italian sausages
- 2 medium peeled and quartered Yukon Gold potatoes
- 4 cups finely sliced green cabbage
- 1/2 cup water
In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Put sausages in the skillet, place potatoes between them, cover with cabbage and add water. Cover and cook over low heat, about 30 minutes or until browned.
Serve with mustard and vinegar.
