Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and let stand for at least 1 week before using. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
