New Dishes, Same Paula: Try These Recipes for Thanksgiving

By

Believe it or not, not everyone loves all of the traditional Thanksgiving fare. Even for those that do, sometimes you need to mix it up a little! If you’re looking to try something different this Thanksgiving but still want to cook up a great holiday feast, try this non-traditional menu.

Start your meal with a flavorful French Onion Soup or an autumn-inspired Warm Apple and Goat Cheese Salad. For the main event, try Blythe’s Turkey Roulade, with a sausage and apple stuffing rolled inside a butterflied turkey breast. Accompany it with some festive sides, like a lightly sweet Butternut Squash Casserole and decadent and savory Cornbread, Leek and Bacon Pudding. End your holiday on a sweet note with Paula’s Pecan Pie Squares or Apple Strudel for a different take on traditional apple pie.

Whatever you decide to make for this Thanksgiving holiday, don’t be afraid to step outside the box and make something new. Who knows, maybe you’ll add a new dish to your yearly line up!
