Difficulty: Easy
1 (3 1/4-ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix (regular, not sugar-free)
1 3/4 cups milk
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Cook’s Note: If you don’t have molds, divide the mixture among 8 (5-ounce) small plastic or paper cups. Cover each with plastic wrap and insert a wooden pop stick through the wrap.

My husband and I are both diabetic....try to eat little dessert (he will not, I like my sweets...not often). This dessert looked yummy but I am curious as to carb or sugar count.....can you help me out! Thanks....we are not on insulin and I refuse to do it if it happens!!!!!

Paula, I really enjoy watching your show and i love trying your dishes. For Christmas 2010 my son purchased your big orange cooking pot for me i was so excited that he remembered that i liked in the store. i havn't cooked in it yet, but at Christmas his girlfriends little boy crawled in it. i took several pictures of him in it.
