Great recipe. I enjoyed eating cauliflower this way, steamed just isn't my thing. So many other recipes had extras in it, love the simplicity. LOVE PAULA DEEN, she's our girl!!!!

The sour cream in the mashed cauliflower is a substitute for what? My son-in-law doesn't like sour cream. Thank you, Lynn

Everyone asking for nutritional info can calculate it themselves. My Fitness Pal has a recipe tool where you can put in the ingredients & how many servings and it calculates ALL of the nutritional data. In a perfect world, recipe sites would put that, but they don't. And it's helpful if you develop your own recipes.

didnt have a food processor so I mashed them the best I could. used low sodium broth and full fat sour cream . I also added shredded colby jack cheese in it and also on top and placed it in the oven to melt the cheese. I liked them but the family not so much . but overall.... good and easy !
