1 (14-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (meat only)
1 (3 1/2-ounce) can flaked coconut (1 1/2 cups)
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
2 cup Granola (recommended: Hudson Valley Dessert Company)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup banana chips (optional)
1/2 cup dark raisins
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup dried apricots, diced
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except banana chips and raisins, cherries and apricots; mix well. Spread evenly in an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 55 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in banana chips, raisins, cherries and apricots. Cool thoroughly. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

I just love to watch your shows along with your Son's you are my inspiration I look up to you for being a single mom and raising two loving young men. I am a single mom with two boys but also have a wonderful little girl that is only 6 and I am 44, she keeps the rest of us going. Its so hard to be a single mom but I always say if Paula can do it so can I. I struggle becouse I am not talented like you but no matter what I hang in there thanks so much for all the single moms out there.
