The episode on June 25 had a beef and crab side that is not included in this recap. What's up with that? Where can I find it?

I'm looking for a similar recipe that was featured in a Paula Dean magazine a couple of months ago. The recipe I'm looking for was a combination of this one and the one with shrimp. However, it included crushed red chile peppers and sour cream, if I remember correctly. Can you help me locate it? Thank you so much, Gwendolyn Williams
