  • 1 box bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
  • 12 oz broccoli, chopped
  • 12 oz cauliflower, chopped
  • light Italian dressing, or Italian dressing of your choice, to taste
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste


Cook 1 box of bow tie pasta al dente according to box directions. Rinse and drain pasta.


Add vegetables to a large bowl. Add pasta and dressing. Toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Chill before serving.
