  • 2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (12 oz) bags butterscotch morsels
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring


Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, transfer to a bowl and serve with fresh fruit.


Makes 5 cups.
