Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 lb butter, (2 sticks)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz) box confectioner's sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°. Combine all ingredients except for confectioner's (powdered) sugar.

Step 2

Roll into small “fingers” or balls. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Roll immediately in confectioner's sugar.

My mom made thes

My mom made these. Favorite for all us kids. Now I make them, and have tought my grandaughter. Thanks for sharing paula. I grew up in Camilla, ga. Good pecan area.
