Love this recipe. Very easy and fun to make. I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream and loved it. Had to use a smaller baking dish though. Next time I will try to double the recipe but less mayo to avoid the grease.

Hi Paula, Brad and I love watching your show and he loves it when I prepare one of your recipes. He prefers home made cookies to store brand. So I desided to make a couple of your cookie recipes for him and it was like watching a child at christmas time. I guess I better keep making cookies for him. I also like Bobby's recipes as well. We look for at all the e-mails we get read them. These are the recipes I have been looking for because I had not had no one really teach me how to make too many things but by watching you I am learning alot and that means the world to me. THANK YOU

Can you make the Hot Chicken Salad the day before, and cook the next day? I am making the recipe for our Quilt Guild Christmas luncheon on Thursday morning. Also, how do I cook the chicken breasts?

Dear Paula, I love to watch you cook, you can tell you truly love what you do. My girls are 7,and 9. They do not have a Grandma to spend time with and have fun cooking with, and someone to make them feel extra special. My girls love to cook with me, and we often watch your show. We love the buffalo chicken kabobs, and the warm chicken salad. They really need taste a vision T.V. When they see you on T.V, or on the cover of a magazine they always put their southern accent on and say hi Grandma Deen,Y'all want to come over and cook. My little one watch you when you had your son,and grandson on the show, making sprinkle cookies. She then turn to me and said that's the kind of Grandma I want Mommy. She is so much fun. Thought you would get a kick out of that. Paula Keller

So tasty! Mine didn't even cover the whole bottom of my 13x9 baking dish. I would use a smaller one next time.

I've made this several times for family and friends for sickness and deaths in their family to take to their home. It is so easy and I'm reluctant to share the recipe. I just say, "It's a Paula Dean recipe".

Made this recipe for a work luncheon and everyone wanted the recipe. I doubled the recipe and the extra mayo made it too greasy, I will cut that back next time.
