Strawberry-Apricot Preserves Recipe by Paula Deen

  • 3 cups mashed ripe apricots
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 (3 oz) packages strawberry gelatin mix


Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and cook 4 minutes at a rolling boil. Stir frequently. Skim. Pour into sterilized jars; seal. Makes 8 half-pint jars.
