Recipe Courtesy of Paula DeenServings: 4 servings

Difficulty: Easy
1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and de-veined
3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
3 celery stalks, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Dash onion salt
Salt and pepper
Seasoning salt
Celery salt
8 slices your choice bread, toasted
Lettuce and tomato slices, optional
Place shrimp in a food processor and pulse until finely minced. Transfer shrimp to a bowl and add eggs, celery, and mayonnaise; mix well. Add seasonings, to taste, and stir to combine. Spread additional mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Heap shrimp salad onto bread and then cut sandwiches in half. Serve with lettuce and tomato, if desired.

Oh yes! I love this recipe I had been craving a shrimp boat sandwich every since I'd went on a cruise. Decided to look for recipe online. And what do I find this very tasty shrimp sandwich I'm hooked!!! I could eat this every day. I love pretty much all seafood. I will be trying other recipes. Thank you Paula.

Oh Paula I saw this recipe on the perfect day!!! Had been craving shrimp the day before with another recipe I had made. I made the Peach cream tart for fellowship time at church today. Not a crumb was left. another girl made the ooey gooey cake and none of it was left. Plan to make it again. The Tart is easy to make and tastes so good with fresh peaches. ThAnks Paula for your many recipes that My friends and I enjoy making. .
