Awesome!! I wasn't sure about the egg but it was outstanding!! I used sweet relish and a few dashes of cayenne and it was just yummy! I will definitely be making it again! Thanks Paula!

Paula, Thank you for sharing this recipe; you saved the day. I had so much ham left over and so I found your ham salad recipe and it was a big hit at my party. I made the ham salad the night before and then scooped it into mini croissants. Delicious, simple, hand held, and oh so yummy. Thank you Paula.

I absolutely love ham salad!! It's one of those things you don't always have but when you do it's so yummy! This is almost exactly the way I make my ham salad except for the mustard and I don't put my boiled eggs in the salad, we like them on the side. But the one thing that my mom and grandma always did was put a "heaping" tablespoon of peanut butter in the ham salad...I know it sounds weird but you gotta try it!!

This is almost the same as my recipe, except I don't use relish and mustard. It tastes very good!

This recipe for ham salad is awesome. I have tried several recipes from this Paula Deen website and have always been pleased. I ordered a set of the cookware for my daughter and she loves them. Thank you Paula.

I just tried this Ham Salad and I have to say it is the best I have ever made. I did'nt have the celery so I used celery seeds and it is still good. The next time I will use the celery. Thanks Paula

Excellent recipe... I started with it as written, but have started experimenting (dill relish instead of hot or sweet, a hint of horseradish, and some fresh ground black pepper). Thanks Paula!

My only experience with ham salad was for lunch in elementary school. My husband tried this recipe, and I was not sure whether I wanted to try it, but was pleasantly surprised...much better than the cafeteria lady's recipe!
