4 tablespoons butter
1 (10 ounce) bag marshmallows
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
6 cups Crispy Rice Cereal (preferred brand: Kellogg’s Rice Krispies)
1 cup rough chopped candy corns
Spray a 13x9 glass baking dish and rubber spatula with non stick spray.
In a medium sized sauce pan over low heat, add butter to melt. Once melted add marshmallows, salt, and vanilla. Stir continuously until the marshmallows have reached a smooth consistency. Remove from heat and fold in the cereal and candy corns until completely coated.
Add the mixture to the greased baking dish and smooth out evenly. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

I don't know what I did wrong, but I couldn't get 6 cups of the rice cereal and all of the candy corn mixed into 10 oz. of marshmallows. Seems to me there needed to be alot more marshmallows.

Paula, yum! My daughter and I made this together and we had a blast! Of course, she wanted to eat the marshmallows and candy corn before we mixed them in, but we restrained ourselves! It looks so festive and much more fun than plain old rice krispy squares! Thanks a bunch!
