I have never liked artichoke before this. It is just to good to stay a dip. I plan on adding cooked, shredded chicken, making the sauce a little looser and serving it over pasta. Yummy!

Pretty good! I would use less lemon next time I make it. But it's one of the best recipes for artichoke dip I've tried. xoxo ~L

Dear Paula; my whole family just love your show, and all your specials. I once saw you using a face mug (egg separator) and would very much like to give you an egg separator that I make. My only question is where to send it? A big Canadian fan & potter
