Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons pimentos, diced
  • 2 teaspoons onion, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paula Deen House Seasoning
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • kosher salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.

Step 2

Beat with an electric hand mixer or stir with a spatula until well mixed.

Step 3

Serve with soda crackers or between two pieces of white bread.

Great recipe. I

Great recipe. I prefer to grate blocks of cheese rather than using the packaged shredded cheese. I think it makes the pimento cheese even creamier.
