I love watching your show. It's awesome. Unfortunately, you didn't hit it on mark w/this salsa recipe. I'm sorely disappointed that your folks didn't take the time to do just a little research and make it authentic and used fresh ingredients throughout. I'm no chef, but I sure do know salsas. They are in my (Mexican) blood. I challenge your crew to post a more authentic, better tasting salsa. They made you look not so Paula. I'm sorry...and my deepest of apologies. But this aint no SALSA mi hermana ![]()

Dear Paula, I am addicted to your show and I love love love southern cooking. But i would love to have some of your canning recipes. Would you please provide me with some, like stewed tomatoes, a simple salsa. I tried looking on your website but no luck.(sure i didn't look hard enough) And your family IS beautiful and fun. You ARE such a happy lady. SPREAD YOUR INFECTIOUS HAPPYNESS! I live WAY UP IN MAINE NEAR CANADA and love it when spring gets here and can focus on gardening and canning after the LONG LONG HARD COLD WINTERS. Sincerely, Yvonne

Hi Paula, I love your recipes and wanted to share my strawberry salsa recipe with you. My garden has so many berries growing that I used strawberries in place of tomatoes in my salsa. I think you'll love it too! http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http://martharaydeen.blogspot.com/2011/05/strawberry-lime-marinade-and-strawberry.html&h=1cb95
