Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover ham, chopped in a food processor
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely minced sweet onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/4 cup hot pickle relish, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Serve on crackers or bread as a sandwich.

This really is t

This really is the best ham salad ever! We use Black Forest ham and run it through our meat grinder. It gives the ham the perfect texture! We also use Wickles relish (spicy relish) and it is delicious! This is the only way we make ham salad in our home now, Thank you Paula!

This ham salad i

This ham salad is delish! The chopped egg adds so much. I chopped the ham into cubes for fifteen minutes before putting in the processor. Made processing much easier, chopping into very nice tiny cubes. My husband loved it, as did my guests. Thank you, Paula.
