I really kicked

I really kicked this up a notch by brining a ham loin (salt, rosemary. thyme, garlic, jalapenos, bay leaf). I made Canadian bacon by smoking the loin on the grill. With leftovers I made ham salad using leftovers and it was amazing. I know it is a lot of work brining and smoking but the ham salad was the best I have eve had.

This really is the best ham salad ever! We use Black Forest ham and run it through our meat grinder. It gives the ham the perfect texture! We also use Wickles relish (spicy relish) and it is delicious! This is the only way we make ham salad in our home now, Thank you Paula!

This ham salad is delish! The chopped egg adds so much. I chopped the ham into cubes for fifteen minutes before putting in the processor. Made processing much easier, chopping into very nice tiny cubes. My husband loved it, as did my guests. Thank you, Paula.
