Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 teaspoons sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a medium size bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, water and salt and pepper until fluffy. Using a nonstick frying pan, cook over low heat stirring occasionally until you reach desired consistency.

 

Serve hot with country ham and biscuits.

HelLOOOOO, MAMA!

HelLOOOOO, MAMA! I am back home again with mama watching as she makes me breakfast and me drooling.
How she came up with adding sour cream I will never know, but it WAS the 'bees knees' for me and Dad and Sis.

I never heard of

I never heard of sour cream in scrambled eggs but this recipe is worhth a try

I love the idea of sour cream in scrambled eggs. I might add some chives. Yummy
