I am living on an island right now and made this smoothie with organic milk and fresh organic fruit found here and all I can say is, "Wowie!!!!!" The smoothie was fantabulous!!! I can actually TASTE the fruits in the smoothie, unlike tropical fruit smoothies and drinks I have had in the states. My husband loved it too and he has very fancy taste. I have printed this recipe and saved it for future use. This was super ultra great!! Thanks Paula!!!

I printed your smoothies recipe but they don't show how many carbs, fat, protein there is. Are they for diabetics?
