Love you Paula! I have learned so much from you. My mom died at 52 from breast cancer (and so did her older sister), so when it came to learning how to cook, I had to watch a lot of bad TV. You saved me! And my family... love to you and yours, Shari Jean Altizer

PS: I think a great change would be to use Miracle Whip in place of the mayo. I'll try that the next time I make these. JudyK

As I'm blogging this, I'm trying these for the first time. Will let you know what I think later. The only change/s I've made is omitting the hot sauce, (at least 'this' time)and using Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing in place of cornbread mix, finely crushed. tu for showing the reviews.

These oven fried potatoe wedges were perfect!!! My 2 y/o son even chose them over the meat that we were eating. The only thing that I did different from the recipe was put the cornbread dressing mix in my small kitchen-aid chopper so the mix would be a litte finer and would coat the potatoes a lil' better. I will definitely be making this dish again!!!
