1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon Paula Deen’s Hot Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 large baking potatoes
1/2 teaspoon Paula Deen’s House Seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cup cornbread dressing mix
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Wash the potatoes and cut into thick wedges. Each potato should yield six wedges. Mix the mayonnaise with the hot sauce, onion salt, House Seasoning and pepper. Coat the potato wedges with the mayonnaise mixture and roll them in the dressing mix. Add black pepper. Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. As I'm blogging this, I'm trying these for the first time. Will let you know what I think later. The only change/s I've made is omitting the hot sauce, (at least 'this' time)and using Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing in place of cornbread mix, finely crushed. tu for showing the reviews.

These oven fried potatoe wedges were perfect!!! My 2 y/o son even chose them over the meat that we were eating. The only thing that I did different from the recipe was put the cornbread dressing mix in my small kitchen-aid chopper so the mix would be a litte finer and would coat the potatoes a lil' better. I will definitely be making this dish again!!!
