Fresh fruit with french toast is wonderful on a rainy day. The smells make you think of fruit trees blooming their little hearts.

My best tip for fluffy scrambled eggs is to use about 1 Tablespoon of water per egg and add just a pinch of baking powder per egg. Beat combine then cook to desired doneness in a non-stick -or cast iron-pan.

I made the scrambled eggs for my birthday breakfast. I have never thought of putting sour cream in scrambled eggs but it is delicious. They were creamy and flavorful and a great way to jazz up plain ole eggs. Thanks Paula
