Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups kale, stems removed, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon artificial sweetner, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth, about 1 full minute. Add a little water if you need to loosen it up.

NUTRITION (PER SERVING): 166 calories, 2g fat

Very good! The o

Very good! The only thing I changed is I reduced the water to 1 cup and increased the ice to 1 cup, and that makes it extra cold and thick.
