To say my year has been busy would be an understatement! I've been so busy, I've barely had time for my family, but we all made time for each other on my cooking cruise with Royal Caribbean. With over 1,500 fans on board, it was non-stop fun for everyone! I’ve done this cruise for two years now, and I can't wait to do it next year! Speaking of next year, I’m just thrilled to announce my plans with Harrah's Entertainment. I have partnered with Harrah's to open a Paula Deen buffet at the new Harrah's Casino in Tunica, Mississippi. You'll think you just stepped in to my home! It's going to be a great way for y'all to enjoy my southern cooking. Look for it to open around Mother's Day 2008. How appropriate is that?

When I decided to take my cooking school on the road, I had no idea I would have so much fun! I can’t even really call it a cooking school. I do cook, and I hope I teach the audience something, but I also share stories, answer your questions and have a ball! If y'all didn’t have the chance to see my live show, don’t worry. Right after Thanksgiving, I’m back on the road to celebrate my latest book, Christmas With Paula Deen: Recipes and Stories From My Favorite Holiday.

Y'all know how much I just love this time of year. I love decorating for the holidays and I especially love cooking wonderfully delicious meals for my family.
