Stuffing, also called dressing here in the South, is a staple on Thanksgiving tables around the country. One of the things that makes it so wonderful? There are probably as many recipes for it as there are families that love it. There are endless variations—try it with apples, cranberries, oysters, cornbread, or sausage… we could go on and on!
