Wedge Salad Recipe by Paula Deen

  • chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into quarters
  • 1 tomato, minced
  • blue cheese dressing


On each salad plate, place one wedge of lettuce turned on its side. Pour blue cheese dressing on wedge. Sprinkle with tomatoes, green onions, crumbled blue cheese and crumbled bacon. Top with blue cheese dressing.
