Paula and Aunt Peggy show you how to make a favorite holiday dessert. Added on November 04 2010 | 14 Comments
I have made Pumpkin Crunch many times. It comes out perfect every time! It is a super easy recipe, esp. if you do not bake alot like me. I make it a little different... I melt 3/4 butter and pour on top. I do not make the frosting either. It is delicious on its own. But sometimes I pour a little half-and-half on top of my serving and enjoy with a cup of coffee. Delicious!! You should try it.

Paula, I absolutely love you and so does my husband. I bought him one of your holiday cookbooks and he has been making your pound cake for me every since. I now know why they call it pound cake. You are an inspiration to all, keep up the good work, and I sure could use some of your low cal. dishes after so much of that pound cake, not that I will give it up, but it may help offset some of those pounds. LOL

I look forward to making this for my family this holiday season. I wanted to make something different from the typical Pumpkin pie (I am not a fan of pumkin pie myself). I like to do things differently in life, so I look forward to bringing a new favorite dish to my family's table this year. Thank you Paula!!
