Hi Paula, I have tried to write to you several times through the Food Network web site, but am not sure you have seen them. I absolutely LOVE your show and your family! You take me back to my childhood when my Grandmother always served Southern dishes. I have Chron's Disease and allergies so my diet is limited, but I am not starving. Do you have any dishes WITHOUT cheese, wheat, a lot of roughage (lettuce) that I can try? I love my veggies but they have to be soft. It is because of Food Network and all of the fine chefs on the shows that I have developed a JOY for cooking for ONE! I am eating healthier foods instead of buying prepared foods, frozen or fast foods and my overall health is proof that it works. I have so many suggestions for single people to prepare their fresh food without having to throw out half of it because it rotted in the frig. I have two sons about the same ages as yours. I try to cook a new Paula recipe every time I get a chance and my son Randy said to me, "Mom, why wasn't Food Network around when I was growing up - this is great!" :o) Thank you so much for being YOU and sharing your talent with others. God Bless You Paula! Linda Lange

We're sorry, Krystal, but Paula no longer offers the cooking classes. Also, the shows are a closed set filmed in her home.
