Dear Pauland Aunt Peggy, Enjoyed the video very much. Wish I had a deep fryer how nice and quick. How do you empty the grease out. What kind of oil do you use to fry the Turkey?Just made your Streusel Pumpkin Bread today for our church bake sale. Enjoy you very much Paula Dean. Hope you all have a very nice Thanksgiving. Hi Paula, I am planning on cooking the turkey for my Moma and Daddy in Alabama this Thanksgiving. My Moma's been sick so I told her I would give it a whirl and cook it for her. Seeing you having so much fun with Aunt Peggy and making such a perty bird I'm hoping to cook one that looks good like yours looks. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy your cooking. Vicki

my house love love loves Paula Dean ..From her mac and cheese to her green beans and new potatoes..we make several of her receipes a month..My friends and I joke we could not live with that woman we would be the size of a barn..If you want a idea about how good her receipes are take one to a church dinner and just see how much you bring home..

Michael Watts, I just got mine from QVC last week. I got the XL size and what I liked is that you can use it to steam, do seafood boils, etc--not just frying. This is my first time with a turkey fryer. Good luck all & Happy Thanksgiving!

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM nothing like deep fried turkey, we make it all the time, I have a dry rub that I use instead if injecting, we like that better. love watching you and your sons. hope to make it to your place some day. keep up the best cooking. Donna
