Paula, just love this video & your recipe for the sweet potato balls! Great fun! A suggestion for anyone who doesn't like coconut, you can use corn flakes or rice krispies. They give a crunch to those sweet potatoes!

Love this! I like sweet potatoes any way you prepare them. They are delicious and nutrition. Thank you for this recipe. I will definitely be making them for Thanksgiving.

Love your recipes! I remember my Mother frying sweet potatoes with the sugar. Precious memories.

Can't wait to make the Sweet Potato Balls. They are just like the ones my husband's Mother used to make for the Holidays and other special dinners, so I know they're absolutely delicious. She was such a wonderful cook and so many of your recipes remind us of the delicious family cooking that we grew up with. Love you'all, Paula!

I made these last year-really taste great. I mostly like the way Paula "talks" you through this, but I have a mind that wonders in a couple of different directions - LOL

Love all your recipes Paula, just wanted to comment on your videos, wish the camera man would focus more on viewing the ingredients when you are making the dish so we can see what it looks like instead of from a distance. Other than that, love them all!

I love this recipe and can't wait to try it! I give it five stars already! Have a very Merry Christmas, and I am praying for health, peace, and blessings this holiday season.

Love the sweet potato balls. Made them for my mom and daughter for the holidays. Hubby and I ate ours right out of the oven. They are great. However I used a canned sweet potato instead...they were still wonderful. Thanks Paula!

Can you leave off the coconut and just use the sugar and cinnamon? I'n allergic to nuts, but what about adding finely chopped nuts to the rolling mixture??

Sweet potato balls have become a new family tradition on Thanksgiving because of Paula's recipe. My family can't get enough of them. Awesome recipe - awesome eating. Thanks for sharing this again with everyone!

The music and the recipe got me in the Christmas spirit. Paula's energy, as always, was absolute perfection and she killed me each time she said the name or made a "tongue in cheek" comment about "the balls". Loved it, loved it, loved it. True to the creative baker in me, I already know how I'm going to make the recipe my own on the first run. With Paula's recipe as the base, I know it'll turn out great. Happy Holidays Everybody... Here We Goooooooooo : )

Paula, I made these a few years ago for the first time instead of my regular sweet potato souffle. These are delicious and I just love them.
