Love all your recipes Paula, just wanted to comment on your videos, wish the camera man would focus more on viewing the ingredients when you are making the dish so we can see what it looks like instead of from a distance. Other than that, love them all!

Love the sweet potato balls. Made them for my mom and daughter for the holidays. Hubby and I ate ours right out of the oven. They are great. However I used a canned sweet potato instead...they were still wonderful. Thanks Paula!

Can you leave off the coconut and just use the sugar and cinnamon? I'n allergic to nuts, but what about adding finely chopped nuts to the rolling mixture??

The music and the recipe got me in the Christmas spirit. Paula's energy, as always, was absolute perfection and she killed me each time she said the name or made a "tongue in cheek" comment about "the balls". Loved it, loved it, loved it. True to the creative baker in me, I already know how I'm going to make the recipe my own on the first run. With Paula's recipe as the base, I know it'll turn out great. Happy Holidays Everybody...
