I'm going to try it, but I've had no luck with homemade Mayo because I'm in love in Best Foods. Now that I've seen Jaime, I think I'm in love with him as well. xoxo...have a great day! Tracy

Like the tips. How safe is it to consume it with the raw egg? How long could it be kept refrigerated?

We love Fried green tomatoes here too,and I wondered if you was gonna use buttermilk,a lil neighbor lady give me the tip of the buttermilk and I've done that ever since (20+ yrs) but I was shocked out of my shorts that you didn't use butter, I mix a lil corn meal in with my flour and fry them in a mix of oil and butter, in a Iron Skillet.mmmmm so good. But I 'm gonna use your recipe of the mayo and onion, chives,,I've never heard of that and it sounded great.Although your video was very choppy and skipped a lot( could have been my computer) I pretty much new what you was doin, I love you and your sons recipes, and try to copy them down when I can, hopefully someday I will get to meet you in person that is on my Bucket list ,lol seriously. You are an inspiration to all single mothers.

Looks real good. Will have to try it. If you don't have a blender or food processor, can you use a mixer or one of those blending bullets?

Ha! I was waiting for him to come back and add the rest of the oil, after he added the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. I thought he stopped halfway thru, to add the other ingredients. Then, I barely glimpsed the empty cup sitting there; had to go back and watch that part again. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known he used it all! Something about the way they filmed that part. Blender mayo is really good stuff. I've made it before. Really, no good reason to buy it, it's so easy to make homemade!
