I am a big fan but paula this does not look good. you can see the oil pooling around the edges of the dish and it looks hard as a rock. for me mac and cheese should be creamy. sorry

Love your recipes but I have I pad and it won't allow the flash player due to Apple claiming it has to many viruses associated with it. Therefore on my I Pad I can't get the recipe not to mention what it looks like. My husband wants Mac and cheese and I just know yours is the best to copy.
