Love your recipes but I have I pad and it won't allow the flash player due to Apple claiming it has to many viruses associated with it. Therefore on my I Pad I can't get the recipe not to mention what it looks like. My husband wants Mac and cheese and I just know yours is the best to copy. Can I get an e-mail of the one added on Nov 4 2010 at all?

I am an iPad user who loves your recipes! IPad cannot run flash to use your video.. ..are there any plans to change the format so that those of us who set our iPads up on the counter as a reference for recipes can use the videos on your site? Love your recipes either way! But video would be nice for us! Amy

Dear Paula, how are you? I would love to make your mac and cheese and definitely will. I really would like if you can let me know the brands of the cheese and everything that you use and I also couldn't figure it out through the video if in the end you used a whole bag of cheese or not. I know for sure that you mac and cheese is delicious, but I also know that any different thing that I do, will make a huge difference in the finish dish. Please send me the details. I really appreciate!

I've found Hoop Cheese at both Whole Foods and Food Lion.

Hi Joelle, Hoop cheese is a dried cottage cheese, and it can be somewhat difficult to find anymore. However, you may have some luck in your local gourmet or specialty food store.

Dear Paula, In this recipe for your mac-n-cheese, you used a cheese called "hoop cheese". Can you tell me what kind of cheese this is and where I can find some here in Western, NY.? Thanks and that stuff looked awesome. I have to make some!!! Thank You, Joelle.

In March I went to a wedding in Jacksonville, Fl. The day after the wedding we rented a car and went to your restaurant in Savannah, Ga. I had heard so much about your restaurant that I couldn't wait to try it. All your food was so good but honey your mac and cheese is to die for. I would also love to know how you make your sweet tea. I told my dad that he hasn't had sweet tea till he has yours. He loves tea and I would love to know how you make it so I can prove to him that yours is the best. Next time I am every half way close to Savannah I will stand in line for 5 hours if I have to in order to eat at your restaurant again. You are 5 star all the way.

Hey Homefry! Hoop cheese is a traditional farmers cheese, it's made by draining the whey from a cottage cheese then placing the curd into a round mold (the hoop) and pressing it out. If you can't find it and use two cups of grated cheddar.
