What about the egg? WE're not supposed to eat raw eggs. I found a website that tells how to pasteurize eggs. Isn't it better to do that first?

Mayo looks easy to make but is it safe to eat uncooked egg yolks? Just wondering cuz would love to try making it. Seems like a lot of oil too!

Home made mayo is the best but it should be noted that ALL ingredients should be room temperature. If the ingredients are cold the mayo will not emulsify.

i love mayonnaise,more than any thing...i eat mayonnaise sandwiches,salt and peppered...i try not to eat it out of a jar,when i am useing it in a recipe..cant wait to try this..i even own a antique mayonnaise glass maker.it works like a butter churn....
