Sorry I did not see the recipe or directions. Since I am a diabetic with uncontrolled blood sugars that bounce up and down, I need to make sure there are not hidden carbs in my food. Thanks

How long will mayo keep in the fridge after being home made ?

Home made mayo is the best but it should be noted that ALL ingredients should be room temperature. If the ingredients are cold the mayo will not emulsify.

I like the mayonnaise video. It would help if you put a recipe there so that it could be printed out. I love all your recipes and hope you continue to share your style of cooking with us! Thanks lots, Noel Kruse
