This is great! I never knew you could do so much with a frozen banana! Many ideas of different declorations and such. It would be wonderful to surprise my grandboys when the next time they come to visit a few days.

I have too much banana bread in the freezer. Thanks for all the ideas. Now I can quit wasting bananas before they get too ripe....dunk 'em and freeze 'em. I hate waste. Watermelon goes fast too. (and canteloupe).

Paula, when I was a little girl, my brother and I got 25cents to walk down to a little neighborhood grocery store. I always bought a chocolate covered frozen banana. Great to see these again after almost 70 years!!
In your May/June 2008 Cooking With Paula, you printed my Fried Okra Salad recipe!!! That pretty picture was framed and on my kitchen counter the next day and still has a place of honor there!!! That was one of the most exciting events for me!! Thank you for that. Barb

I love to share some of my recipes is pasta with pork sausage patty so it was so simple and easy to cook for ingredient.
1/2 cup of water
1 ounces of pork sausage patty package
fresh pasta as well
1/2 cup of tomatoes can 1 ounce.
Direction put 1/2 cup of boil water. add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
let the boil for 10 minute. add pork sausage patty to cook on the tomatoes sauce for 10 -15 minute and add your fresh pasta. keep stir of the pork sausage patty and pasta to cook until tomatoes sauce is hot.
and the pork sausage patty is nice soft with brown meat sauce.

Your mother is an inspiration to me, and I am so proud of the way she has handled all the criticism and unfair press she has gotten over having diabetes. I have struggled with weight issues my entire life, and have recently lost over 50 lbs.

i make alot of these for the grandkids in the summer i also make a caramel sause and dip them too then roll in chocolate rice krispies and some with coconut so good

I love watching all the Dean's in the kitchen. It is nice to see a family get together to do something fun. I have several of your cookbooks and look forward the next ones coming our way.
