Sourdough Garlic Herb Bread Recipe by Paula Deen

  • 1 slice per person sourdough bread
  • olive oil, to drizzle
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • dried herbs, (equal parts, parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil)


Preheat oven to 350°.


Place the bread slices on baking sheets. With a pastry brush, brush each slice of bread with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and smattering of fines herbs. Bake for 10 minutes, until bread just begins to brown.
