I'm looking for a recipe to make for a ladies' lunch (only a few people). What would I serve with this? The only thing I can come up with is a salad or fresh vegetable like asparagus??

I recently tried the three meat pasta recipe as seen on TV. It has a good taste and is simple. it did not turn out as i expected. it was to much pasta and was not creamy at all. Could someone tall me what may have happened. Rather than this being a comment message for publication I am asking what I may have done wrong. I love your shows and recipes. Thanks Alice

I swap the Angel hair with pena pasta because my family does not like the thin pasta and I replace the cottage with cream cheese. This has become my family's favorite dish!

Hi Martha, There is no written recipe for the dipping sauce, but it's a mixture of chopped roasted red peppers and mayo. Hope this helps!

You can use smoked sausage from your local grocery store.

What kind of sausage do you use!

Paula, My first introduction to your cooking was in an article that pictured your family waving at the camera from a convertible. I don't cook as often as I would like as I am a full time nurse and with other duties I'm often just too tired to cook. I want you to know that reading your recipes are like reading a good book to me and hearing your voice makes me feel cozy. Thank you for being here for us.

This has nothing to do with the three meat pasta. I would like the recipe for the dipping sauce for Paula's corn fritters. I cannot find it on line. On TV it had a red tint to it--thank you in advance for helping me

Yes, the ingredients should be cooked before added to the baking dish.

I made this dish for company one night and it was a huge hit. I substituted steamed shrimp for the ham and it was absolutely delicious. This will definitely be a staple recipe in my kitchen. We loved it.

I love allyour recipes and especially this one. I do wish you could add notes telling us if these can be prepared a day ahead of time. I'm not an experienced cook but like to entertain. This would make it so much easier.
